1. Set up your locations

First, use our onboarding demo to set up different 'offices' of your choice.

Maybe you only need to show who’s in the office, or maybe you want to create an ‘office’ for people to join when they work from home, or to join when they’re off sick.

2. Now you can start booking in! 

Booking in is how Officely knows where you are when you sync your Slack status. Simply hit ‘Join’ in the Officely home to let your teammates know where you’ll be this week.

3. Sync to your Slack! ‍

To make the icons appear next to your name in Slack, all you need to do is head to Settings in the Officely home, and scroll down to Integrations.

Click on the Sync Slack Status button, and go through the authorization process – it only takes two clicks!

If you want to find out when your team is in without opening Slack, you can use Officely’s GCal integration.
